"Size difference"
Ordered size 9.5 waterproof trainers as I normally take size 9. When they arrived they looked really good but trying them on... they are narrow fitting and no way could I walk in them, ended up sending them back and ordered size 10.5 which fit really good. A full size bigger than I normally wear but I am pleased with the result.

"Faulty boot!"
After a short time but longer than my warranty covered me for. Merrel stepped up and reviewed my complaint to replace my walking boots! After sending a few photos and explaining what had happened I received a brand new pair of boots no quibble or disagreement! Like my original boots these new ones arrived quickly and are so comfortable and cosy. I really need my boots just now to get out and walk and I am delighted with the outstanding customer service I received from all members of staff that helped me! Highly reccomend Merrel boots and their customer service any day! Thank you very much Merrel! 😀👍
